WeFlex is a registered NDIS personal training and fitness provider in capacity building support categories. Depending on your NDIS plan goals, funded support categories and how your plan is managed (agency, plan or self-managed), there are different options available to access WeFlex supports. WeFlex fitness professionals have the relevant industry standard qualification for the service they provide. In addition to this they all complete NDIS worker screening, NDIS worker orientation modules and our WeFlex accredited training that is co-designed by people living with those unique needs.

In addition to core disability inclusion principles training, WeFlex fitness professionals have access to upskill and specialise in a range of unique needs such as sensory needs, behaviour support needs, blind/low vision, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, amputee support, seated needs etc. We provide support to every body who is looking to enjoy the benefits of health and fitness.

We are able to leverage NDIS funding for participants from the ages of 9 up until 65!  Anyone outside of these brackets can work with WeFlex but will need to be self funded. Also note, all fitness professionals working with those aged under 18yrs, must also hold a valid Working with Children Check.

A WeFlex fitness professional can help you with health, fitness & wellbeing goals such as:

An outcomes report can be provided to you for your NDIS plan review.

In general, your NDIS plan does not cover gym memberships and nor do we offer them, however your NDIS plan may be eligible for the cost of support to participate in fitness and wellbeing services.

Cancellation by Participant/Service Provider – WeFlex is required to receive notice of supports cancellation 2 business days (48 business hours) prior to the schedules provision of support. WeFlex reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if not advised in line with 2 business days’ notice. The cancellation fee will be 100% of the cost of the scheduled support and claimed from the participants NDIS plan in line with the Schedule of Support. 

WeFlex Trainers do not pick up or drop off clients. If transport is needed, WeFlex can offer some suggestions to Support Worker companies to find someone to help take clients to and from sessions.
