FAQs For fitness professionals working with WeFlex

No, that’s why WeFlex is here. If you have the desire to learn and to work with an awesome new cohort of clients, we will give you all the training and support you need.

No, we are the registered NDIS provider, so you don’t have to be. If you have not worked in the disability sector before you’ll need to do some online training and apply for a NDIS worker screening through your state service provider and you’ll sit under WeFlex registration. We provide all the information for you and walk you through it step by step. You do not need to do this to before connecting with us, you can do it as part of the onboarding process.

The process will take approximately 5 hours in total and this can be done over a number of days or weeks, depending on your availability and schedule.

We take our matching very seriously. We only match a client with a fitness professional that can meet their unique needs. The WeFlex ongoing training program covers many different unique needs to set you up for success before you even have your first session with a client.

You can work with all kinds of clients of all different ages, abilities and unique needs and during the onboarding process we’ll discuss your preferences and suitability

We have lots of clients that are flexible with when they can train. Many are available during the day, so your availability is perfect.

On average each session is 45 minutes of face to face time and 5-10 minutes to complete an online session report via your phone or laptop.

Yes, we provide an easy system for you to access, where we ask that you write a brief report at the end of your session against the client’s goals.

Yes, you have access to the WeFlex team to ask for any support or guidance pre and post any session you have.

Absolutely! We offer all options to our clients, as what is good for one person, may not be ideal for another. We have fitness professionals working in gyms, in parks, in client homes, at service providers, online and even mobile.
